Tezcatlipoca is a room guardian in Shrine of the Frost Giants, accessible via Corridor of Blood. Health isn't too much of a problem for this boss, but getting instant-death-crushed is. You need to push the ice blocks in-between Tezcatlipoca's attacks so they land on its head. Whenever it passes by you, you can jump over it with the proper timing.
